Based on the numbers you enter, the calculators work out estimates. They are not a loan offer or a servicer quote, and they are not legal, tax, or financial advice. The recast agreement you have with your servicer is what governs.

The downloads and fee table

You can use and share the CSV and the JSON, along with the fee table, provided your link points back to mortgage-recast-calculator.com. Check with your servicer before you pay, because servicers change their terms.

Liability

We handle the numbers carefully, but we promise nothing about their being complete or current. We also cannot be held liable for decisions made from them.
